Description
During sleep, the body focuses more intensely on cell formation and regeneration. The sleep hormone melatonin plays a central role in initiating the deep sleep phase. In this phase, the glymphatic system is particularly active, supporting the body's regenerative processes.
NIGHTCARE contains selected nutrients such as melatonin, which can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. A positive effect is achieved when about 1 mg of melatonin (equivalent to one serving/two capsules) is taken shortly before bedtime. In addition, it contains the amino acid L-tryptophan and valuable botanical ingredients such as valerian, passion flower, lemon balm, St. John's wort, and hops.

Directions
