Shipping and Delivery Terms

Shipping area

We ship from Germany (Heidelberg) to Germany, to the countries of the European Union and to selected other countries. You can see whether we deliver to your country during checkout when selecting your delivery address.

Shipping costs

Germany

• Standard shipping: €3.99
• Orders of €40.00 or more: free shipping

European Union

• Standard international shipping: €13.99

Other countries (incl. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia)

• Standard international shipping: €19.99

The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times

• Germany: usually 2–4 working days after receipt of payment
• European Union: usually 5–10 working days after receipt of payment
• Other countries: usually 7–14 working days after receipt of payment

The delivery times stated are standard delivery times. If different delivery times apply to individual items, this is indicated on the respective product page.

Customs and import charges for deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes and fees (e.g. import VAT) may apply; these are not included in our prices and shipping costs. Such charges are levied on import by the local customs or tax authorities and are payable by you. The amount depends on the regulations of the destination country; please check with the competent authorities of your country before ordering.

Partial deliveries

If individual items of your order are temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us at info@longevity-health-club.de. Failure to make a complaint has no effect whatsoever on your statutory warranty rights; however, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
