Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise and protects cells from oxidative stress. Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Manganese, vitamin E and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of fatigue and to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, muscle and immune function as well as cell division.
