Set of three LOOP BANDS in light, medium & strong resistance
BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDS (30 cm) are particularly suitable for training smaller muscle chains, thus ensuring more body stability and a lower risk of injury. The natural rubber, encased in skin-friendly textile, offers all the advantages of a flexible training device without unpleasant pulling on the skin – which increases training enjoyment. The LOOP BAND SET contains 3 different bands with varying elasticity and resistance: orange – light; green – medium; blue – strong.
Tips for your workout with the fitness band
- Check the BANDS for damage before each workout and only use flawless bands.
- Start with less resistance until you master the exercises.
- Perform all exercises as smoothly and slowly as possible.
- Breathe calmly and regularly; exhale during the strenuous part of the movement; avoid holding your breath.
- Stop the workout immediately if you experience any pain.
- If you have (previous) injuries, speak to a doctor or therapist beforehand.
Strengthening small muscle groups and full-body workouts. Start with the lowest resistance (orange), then increase. Perform exercises slowly and evenly.
