Preparation

Sift 1 tsp (approx. 1–2 g) of Matcha into a bowl. Pour 60–70 ml of water (approx. 70–80 °C, not boiling) over it. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion with a bamboo whisk until a fine foam crown forms.
