Premium organic kombucha, hand-brewed in our Munich manufactory. Refined with noble elderberry juice and tart quince. Not pasteurized and thus rich in live cultures. At 17 kcal per 100ml, it's a real lightweight with a unique complex taste.

Why Raw Kombucha
Raw kombucha is unpasteurized and unfiltered – therefore, it contains live cultures that can support gut flora. By not pasteurizing, enzymes and vitamins are preserved.
Storage
Store in the refrigerator. FIRST8 Kombucha is raw, meaning it's a living product with active cultures. Please place it in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt. It can withstand several days of shipping without harm. If it remains unrefrigerated for longer, it won't spoil, but will continue to ferment (more lactic and acetic acid bacteria, significantly sourer, more carbonation).

FIRST8 Kombucha is a fermented tea drink. Like all fermented products, it contains small amounts of natural alcohol (less than 0.5% vol) and is therefore considered alcohol-free.
