Posture Trainer for an Upright Posture

Extended sitting and repetitive movements can negatively impact posture and lead to back pain. The posture corrector supports better posture and reminds you to consciously align your shoulders optimally. It does not force you into a specific posture but gently reminds you to maintain an upright posture with a slight pull when your shoulders slump forward. Wearing it strengthens the muscles in your upper back. By aligning your shoulders optimally, you can prevent pain.

Wear the strap discreetly under your clothes and easily integrate it into your daily life – whether sitting or standing, such as at your desk, while walking, or cooking.

The material of the POSTURE is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The shoulder straps are equipped with a spacer fabric for better ventilation. The strap can be individually adjusted for a perfect fit using the hook-and-loop fastener. When properly adjusted, the POSTURE allows full freedom of movement and only reminds you to maintain an actively upright posture with a slight pull. Despite wearing the strap, your muscles still have to work independently to straighten your body – a gentle workout.
