The BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08 is the perfect addition to the BLACKROLL® fascia roller. The DUOBALL is particularly suitable for massaging muscle strands running parallel, for example next to the thoracic and cervical spine. The DUOBALL is available in two sizes – 8 cm and 12 cm. Both products can be ideally combined: the 8 cm DUOBALL for pinpoint massage, the 12 cm DUOBALL for larger areas.

For many people, the neck muscles are most frequently tense. There are also many triggers here that can cause headaches, migraines, dizziness and visual disturbances. Since the neck muscles are very sensitive, a somewhat smaller massage ball is needed. The DUOBALL 08 is adapted to the neck muscles; the bony structures of the cervical spine are left out, so that the fascia massage does not cause pain.

By combining the DUO fascia balls 08 and 12, you can enjoy a soothing massage, work on the parallel muscle strands of the cervical and thoracic spine and treat particularly painful triggers. By leaning against a wall or lying on the floor, the pressure on fascia and muscle tissue can be varied.

The DUOBALL 08 was specifically developed for the mobilization and regeneration of parallel muscle strands. With slow, even movements, you can palpate the entire back musculature. Shoulders, Achilles tendons, shins, calves as well as upper and forearms can also be treated. The exercises are performed on the wall or on the floor.
