For over 4000 years, turmeric, also known as yellow ginger or kurkuma, has been valued in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine. The golden-yellow rhizome belongs to the ginger family and impresses with its intense aroma and natural plant compounds. The included turmeric extract (35:1) is obtained through a gentle process and provides a particularly high concentration of curcuminoids – including curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and bisdemethoxycurcumin.
