Description
At the heart of the CHUTING STAR bar is the special combination of exotic Chuta nut and fine coconut. The Chuta nut (edible variety of Jatropha curcas L.) impresses with its mild, nutty aroma and represents an innovative alternative – it's particularly noteworthy that it contains no known classic nut allergens, thus appealing to new target groups. In combination with creamy coconut puree, it creates a pleasantly soft, almost melting texture that makes the bar special.
Fibrulose and glycerine ensure a juicy consistency and simultaneously support a balanced sweetness structure – without blood sugar spikes, while shredded coconut and coconut flour give the product a natural, slightly grainy texture. The interplay of these components creates a harmonious mouthfeel with a clear coconut note.
The recipe is complemented by high-quality rice protein, making the bar a functional, plant-based source of protein. A delicate nuance of tonka bean adds a subtly sweet-spicy depth, lending the product a special sophistication. Fibrulose, coconut butter, Chuta Nut (edible type of Jatropha curcas L.) (20 %), desiccated coconut (14 %), glycerine, coconut flour, rice protein, natural coconut flavour, coconut milk powder, rock salt, sunflower lecithin, tonka bean. Chuta® is a brand of CHUTA NUT GmbH and currently contains no known nut allergens. 60 % of the raw materials used come from controlled organic cultivation. May contain traces of nuts and molluscs.
