Our organic MCT oil C8 is made from 100% fresh coconuts. We focus exclusively on caprylic acid (C8), one of the most effective MCTs extracted from coconut oil. While many manufacturers add other oils such as palm or rapeseed oil to reduce their costs, these have no place in our bottle. Our organic MCT oil is 100% pure C8 based on coconut.
MCTs are medium-chain fatty acids (abbreviation: Medium-Chain Triglycerides) which, due to their structural composition, can be metabolized particularly effectively by our body. They travel directly through the blood to the liver and are converted directly into energy there.

Directions
Odorless and flavorless, making it versatile. Can be consumed neat or added to drinks and food – e.g., juices, smoothies, shakes, dressings, yogurt, and porridge, or as an ingredient in Bulletproof Coffee. Beginners should start with approx. 1 tsp per day and gradually increase the dose to a maximum of 2 tbsp per day. In drinks: Stir 1-2 teaspoons or tablespoons into hot or cold beverages. In food: Drizzle some MCT oil over the finished meal.
Important notes
- MCTs have a low smoke point (approx. 120 °C) and should therefore only be added to finished dishes, not used for cooking and baking.
