Directions
Stir 1 scoop (≈ 7 g) into 200 ml of water, plant-based drink, milk, or yogurt; stir thoroughly, ideally using a frother for cold beverages. Take in the afternoon or early evening. Increase dosage gradually; do not heat above 70°C.
