High-quality wheat flour forms the proven base for a light, golden-brown texture, while the innovative Prewtein® brewer's yeast protein shapes the character of the mix. It not only provides a high protein content but also contributes a pleasant, slightly malty flavor note.
The recipe is complemented by a targeted combination of plant-based protein sources from almond, pea, rice, hemp, pumpkin seed, and chickpea protein. This variety ensures a balanced amino acid profile and makes the waffles a functional, nutrient-rich meal – ideal for a performance-oriented daily routine.
The subtle vanilla note is prominent in terms of taste: Natural vanilla flavor and real Bourbon vanilla give the waffles a warm, full-bodied sweetness with a high-quality sensory profile. Coconut milk powder rounds off the taste with creaminess and supports a pleasantly juicy consistency.
Psyllium husk and locust bean gum optimize the dough structure and ensure a stable, yet airy texture of the finished waffles. Ingredients
Wheat flour, Prew:tein® Brewer's yeast protein (16.3%), baking powder, almond protein (5.4%), pea protein, rice protein, psyllium husk powder, natural vanilla flavour, coconut milk powder, hemp protein, pumpkin seed protein, natural flavour, citric acid, chickpea protein, Bourbon vanilla, rock salt, locust bean gum.
Contains wheat (gluten) and almond. May contain traces of lactose and molluscs.
Mix 40 g baking mix with 40 g plant-based milk, 40 g water, and 10 g canola oil. Let the dough rest for 2 minutes before baking 2–3 tablespoons (depending on the size of the waffle iron) of it for 1.5 minutes at full heat. Enjoy the waffle warm or cold.
