This baking mix centers on the harmonious combination of intense chocolate flavor and functional, plant-based protein supply. High-quality wheat flour provides the classic waffle base with a light, golden-brown structure, while the innovative Prewtein® brewer's yeast protein delivers nutritional value and simultaneously contributes a subtle, slightly malty flavor note.
The finely tuned interplay of various plant-based protein sources – including almond, pea, rice, hemp, pumpkin seed, and chickpea protein – ensures a balanced amino acid profile and makes the waffles a performance-oriented, protein-rich meal.
From a taste perspective, a full-bodied cocoa experience takes center stage: high-quality cocoa powder gives the waffles an intense, pleasantly tart chocolate note. Natural vanilla flavor and real Bourbon vanilla add subtle sweet accents and provide a rounded, balanced depth of flavor. Coconut milk powder complements the profile with a subtle creaminess and supports a juicy texture.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, Prew:tein® Brewer's yeast protein (16.3%), baking powder, almond protein (4.5%), pea protein, cocoa powder, psyllium husk powder, rice protein, natural vanilla flavour, coconut milk powder, hemp protein, natural flavour, pumpkin seed protein, citric acid, chickpea protein, Bourbon vanilla, rock salt, locust bean gum.
Contains wheat (gluten) and almond. May contain traces of lactose and molluscs.
Mix 40 g of baking mix with 40 g of plant-based milk, 40 g of water, and 10 g of rapeseed oil. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes before baking 2–3 tablespoons (depending on the size of your waffle iron) for 1.5 minutes at full heat. Enjoy the waffle warm or cold.
