Application

Step 1: Peel off one side of the adhesive tape to stick it to the Dot, then peel off the other side to stick it to your skin. Alternatively, use the included strap.

Step 2: Press and hold the touchpad on the back of the Dot (for more than three seconds) to turn on the device. After two seconds, the (memory) mode will be displayed. When fully charged, all lights will illuminate.

Step 3: Select the most suitable mode.

Step 4: Turn off the device after use. Remove the Dot from your skin and peel the sticker off the product's surface.
