In the initial oral hearing, the competent court already indicated that our position has a good chance of success. A decision is still pending, and a verdict is expected. Nevertheless, it is clear that proceedings like this often drag on for years and go through several instances.

But even if the chances of success are good, we act proactively. Because there remains a residual risk. In this eventuality, we are deliberately limiting potential claims for damages by temporarily producing the bar in an elongated shape instead of a square one.
