Product information

Three minutes. Minus 110 degrees. No placebo. One of the most frequently used recovery treatments in professional sports, now available as a standard daily protocol.

Temperature: up to -110°C  |  Duration: approx. 3 min. cold phase (total appointment approx. 15 min.)  |  Recommended frequency: 2–4x per week

The Method

A whole-body cryo-chamber pushes the organism to its thermal limit for a few minutes, triggering a physiological chain reaction that lasts for hours afterward. The body interprets the extreme cold as a controlled stimulus: blood vessels constrict, and blood retreats to the body's core. Upon exiting the chamber, oxygen-rich blood floods back into the periphery – accompanied by endorphins, norepinephrine, and a sense of profound clarity.

Five effects, one treatment

  • Regulate inflammation markers: Cold modulates pro-inflammatory cytokines and soothes overstimulated tissues.
  • Alter pain perception: Nerve conduction is slowed, and chronic stimuli are perceived less intensely.
  • Activate metabolism: Energy expenditure increases measurably, during the session and for hours afterward.
  • Release endorphins: Mood improves, focus increases, mental clarity sets in.
  • Accelerate recovery: Developed in sports medicine, it is now the standard for professional teams worldwide.

Session procedure

  • Preparation: Put on protective gear (socks, gloves, ear protection).
  • Entry: Enter the cryo-chamber; the temperature drops to as low as -110°C.
  • Duration: 2–4 minutes in the chamber, breathe calmly, move gently.
  • Warm-up: Light movement after exiting – the effect unfolds.

When cold therapy is not suitable

Cold allergy/cold urticaria, Raynaud's syndrome, severe cardiovascular diseases, pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure. If in doubt, please consult your doctor beforehand – if you are unsure, we will clarify this together during the preliminary consultation.
