Why Raw Kombucha

Raw Kombucha is unpasteurized and unfiltered – which is why it contains live cultures that can support gut flora. By avoiding pasteurization, enzymes and vitamins are preserved.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator. FIRST8 Kombucha is raw, meaning it's a living product with active cultures. Please place it in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt. It can withstand several days of shipping without damage. If it remains unrefrigerated for longer, it won't spoil, but will continue to ferment (more lactic and acetic acid bacteria, significantly sourer, more carbonation).
