The Puffing Process: The Gentle Drying Alternative
Puffed fruits & vegetables, never heard of it? Then it's time! With this special drying method, water is extracted from the fruits in a vacuum at a low temperature. Due to the sudden change in pressure, the water evaporates quickly, causing the fruits to swell slightly and solidify: they look puffed. Compared to conventionally dried fruits and vegetables, the puffing process preserves the vibrant color even without sulfur. That's how snacking is done today! :)

We've given our puffed snacks new packaging! Thanks to the improved barrier, the snacks remain delightfully crunchy even with longer storage. In addition, our new packaging is significantly more sustainable: it consists of a monoplastic that can be fully recycled if you dispose of it in the yellow bin.
