Directions
Stir 2 scoops (≈ 7 g) into warm (plant-based) milk in the morning/late morning, during an afternoon slump, or before exercise. Also suitable for water/plant-based drinks. Start with a partial dose and gradually increase to the full dose; daily use is recommended.
