Application

1. Switching On/Off (Start): Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. To turn off, press and hold the power button again. When switching off, the display shows the remaining battery level for approx. 3 seconds.

2. Time Setting (single click): Single click: Time setting (default: 15 minutes). Each additional click increases the time by 5 minutes. Maximum time: 20 minutes. After 3 seconds without input, the selected time is automatically adopted.

3. Frequency / Pulse Mode (double click): Double-click to activate pulse mode. The modes switch cyclically:

• F0 – 0 Hz (Standard): Continuous light. Suitable for general applications such as skin regeneration, wound healing, and anti-inflammation.
• F1 – 10 Hz: Low-frequency pulsed light. Can support blood circulation or neurological complaints.
• F2 – 40 Hz: Higher pulse frequency. Particularly suitable for muscle recovery, e.g., for muscle tension or after physical exertion.
