Directions
Add 30 g of powder (= approx. 3 heaping tablespoons) per serving to a tall shaker with 400 ml of cold water and shake. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes until the foam dissipates. For maximum refreshment, let it rest in the refrigerator for a while. Drink 1 serving daily – ideally around your workout.
